Terms of Sale
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on our website and are subject to the Cardiac Services Ltd terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions as needed. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
In the event that an item you have ordered is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible via email.
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this e-mail will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.
All descriptions of the products and services contained in the Cardiac Services website or otherwise communicated to the customer are approximate only and shall not form any part of the contract between Cardiac Services and the customer. Cardiac Services shall not be liable to the customer for any errors or omissions in its website. The advertising of products and services in the Cardiac Services website is not an offer capable of acceptance, it merely constitutes an invitation by Cardiac Services for the customer to make an offer to purchase products and services.
All goods remain the property of Cardiac Services until payment has been received in full.
New credit accounts can be opened upon receipt of two trade references and bank details, this information should be received with payment for your first order.
Account
To open a credit account simply fill in our online registration form with your contact details including your email address and two trade references. For those purchasing on credit account, payment must be made within 30 days from the date of invoice. In the event of the customer failing to make full payment by the due date we shall be entitled without prejudice to any other rights to be paid interest on any outstanding balance and suspend or discontinue further trade with the customer.
To open an account and pay by credit/debit card simply fill in our online registration form and we will send you your login and password.
Payment
If Cardiac Services has not granted credit to the customer, payment terms are cash (credit/debit card payment) with order.
Credit terms (subject to satisfactory references and at Cardiac Services absolute discretion) are available.
Ordering
Once you have entered your personal details: login and password for your personal account, and have proceeded past the checkout stage of the purchase process, it is deemed that you wish to purchase the product or products in the shopping cart. It is also assumed that you wish to have your account charged or your debit/credit card deducted accordingly.

Delivery
Cardiac Services deliver all orders promptly. Orders for stock items received on weekdays (excl Bank Holidays) before 3pm will be despatched within three working days. If for some reason your order doesn't arrive within 10 working days, please contact us. Times and dates for delivery quoted on the Cardiac Services website and catalogues or by Cardiac Service's employees are approximate only and Cardiac Services shall not be liable for the consequences of any delay in delivery.

Pricing
Prices on this website are priced according to region: Sterling for Northern Ireland and the UK, Euro for the Republic of Ireland and that is what will be deducted from your account or debit/credit card. Prices and carriage are subject to VAT at the current rate. Where applicable customers exempt from VAT must supply a letter and /or a VAT exemption certificate. Prices may be adjusted without notice.
Privacy
We at Cardiac Services respect our customer's needs for privacy. We do not sell or give any customer information to other companies.
